Apply Join Staria, Europe's leading NetSuite partner, and elevate your career in project management. With awards such as the NetSuite Partner of the Year and multiple 5-Star awards, we are at the forefront of ERP implementation projects. As a Senior Project Manager at Staria, you will get the opportunity to manage cutting-edge projects and help our clients utilize the full potential of NetSuite to drive their success. Join us and be a part of an international team that shapes the future of ERP solutions! What it’s all about We are excited to welcome a Senior Project Manager to our growing international NetSuite consultancy team. In this role, you’ll join a dedicated group of eight experienced Project Managers, all supported by our Head of PMO and NetSuite manager, to whom you will report directly. As Europe’s leading NetSuite Partner, we deliver a wide variety of projects across four key verticals: Software & Services, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology. Our Project Managers typically oversee 3–6 projects at a time, depending on the size and complexity of each assignment. Journey that awaits you As a Senior Project Manager at Staria, you’ll play a vital part in driving customer success by managing complex NetSuite implementation projects alongside our talented consulting team. You will work across a diverse portfolio that includes NetSuite ERP localization projects (such as Polish JPK/KSeF compliance, Hungarian e‑invoicing and broader CEE statutory changes), full implementation and rollout programmes across CEE (including Poland, Hungary, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Croatia), as well as upgrade and close‑project programmes for existing NetSuite customers. Our projects range from fast‑turnaround localization updates to large, multi‑country implementations, and you will typically manage a concurrent portfolio combining both types of assignments. You’ll lead your project teams with a hands-on approach, providing support in planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and risk management throughout each project’s lifecycle. The Project Manager position includes: Project management: Lead complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for delivering project KPIs such as project budget, profitability, completion rates, and customer satisfaction. Process Improvement: Participate in standardization and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting team, to support the high growth ambitions of Staria. Mentorship: You will play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, supporting their growth in project management and fostering their professional development. You will lead by example, providing coaching, feedback, and sharing best practices to help elevate the skills and capabilities of the team. The practical stuff This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible start date, but we hope you can join us as soon as possible! While the role is primarily remote, occasional on-site visits to client premises may be required, typically during Pre-sales, at the kick-off of new projects and/or to support functional consultants when needed. We are primarily seeking candidates based in the Brno area. Staria’s hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds: modern office in the heart of Brno, combined with the flexibility to work remotely. To ensure smooth collaboration with your team and stakeholders, we hope you’re able to spend a few days per week at the office on average, but this can be flexible depending on the candidate's wishes. Keys to success in this role To thrive in this position, you should have extensive experience leading several NetSuite ERP implementation projects across different countries and markets, and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-project deliveries. As this is a customer-facing role, strong customer management skills are essential. You should be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You bring expertise in project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean), with certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, or similar. You should also have familiarity with CEE regulatory landscape (JPK, KSeF, or equivalent statutory compliance). Strong financial skills in project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are also key. Exposure to programme management is considered a plus. Beyond skills, we value personality highly. For this position, you should bring calm seniority, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts and lead teams effectively.
