Job Title: Senior Product Manager – B2B AI / Agentic Platforms Location: Remote Experience: 10–12 years Education: MBA from a top-tier B-school (Preferred: IIMs / equivalent) Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned B2B Product Leader to own end-to-end lifecycle of AI-led and Agentic products—from product strategy and delivery to GTM execution and client success. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, execution rigor, and commercial orientation . Key Responsibilities 1. Product Leadership & Delivery Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI/Agentic platforms Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to GA release Define and manage structured product backlog (features, enhancements, dependencies) Ensure release readiness (engineering, UAT, integration) with high quality standards Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams 2. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Growth Define product positioning, ICP, and differentiation strategy Own GTM planning including pricing, packaging, and launch readiness Build sales enablement assets (pitch decks, demos, solution narratives) Work with marketing on demand generation and product visibility Track adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback loops 3. Client & Solution Ownership (B2B) Act as Product Owner for key enterprise engagements Lead requirement discovery, backlog creation, and delivery alignment Drive UAT planning, execution, and client sign-offs Ensure predictable delivery with high customer satisfaction 4. Presales & Strategic Support Support enterprise sales with solutioning, storytelling, and domain insights Develop customized proposals for Retail / Financial Services clients Contribute to opportunity progression and conversion Key Requirements 10–12 years of experience in Product Management (B2B mandatory) Proven experience in AI / Agentic systems / intelligent automation products Strong track record of shipping products from 0→1 and scaling Experience in enterprise client engagement and solution ownership Prior experience in firms like Accenture, EPAM, Deloitte, EY or similar preferred Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, and product commercialization Excellent stakeholder management across tech, business, and clients What We’re Looking For High ownership and execution mindset Ability to balance product innovation with delivery discipline Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem-solving Commercial acumen with focus on revenue and adoption outcomes MBA from a top-tier B-school (Preferred: IIMs / equivalent) Success Metrics Timely and high-quality product releases GTM readiness and revenue contribution Strong product adoption and customer feedback High client satisfaction and delivery predictability
