Job Description: Senior Product Designer
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Product Designer
to join our team in developing an innovative multi-agent LLM system for computational modeling in clinical research. Your role will be crucial in creating user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX design process, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using
Figma, Adobe XD, and other tools
.
Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and develop marketing materials.
Maintain product backlog, prioritizing based on user needs and business value.
Ensure platform usability through rigorous QA testing.
Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual design.
Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop websites using
HTML, WordPress
, and other platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering
or a related field.
9+ years
of experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
.
Experience in web development with
HTML, WordPress, FusionAuth
, and similar technologies.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and agile development processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or scientific computing.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Understanding of version control systems for design artifact management.
