Working closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams, you will help plan and execute content updates, live events, and monetization strategies that support player engagement and long-term growth A key part of the role involves aligning teams around the game’s vision. You will facilitate collaboration between creative leadership and development teams to ensure ideas are translated into strong execution. This includes leading sprint planning, milestone tracking, and workflow management using tools such as Jira and Confluence. You will proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks that could impact scope, schedule, or quality. By identifying production bottlenecks early, you will implement practical solutions to keep development on track. As the primary point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders, you will ensure communication remains clear, transparent, and actionable. You will provide regular progress updates, reports, and risk assessments to leadership and stakeholders, maintaining visibility across all phases of development. You have a strong understanding of game development pipelines and know how to effectively manage cross-functional collaboration across multiple disciplines. You are experienced in balancing feature development with the ongoing demands of live-service operations and have worked in GaaS and LiveOps environments. You have contributed to or led a smooth, on-time, and on-budget game launch, ideally on platforms such as Steam and the Epic Games Store. You are highly proficient with production and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms. You possess exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with proven experience managing stakeholders and working closely with QA, Product, and Growth/Marketing teams. You also have a deep understanding of competitive multiplayer games and community-driven ecosystems, and a genuine passion for games—especially competitive, survival, or systems-driven genres.
