Job Description Set-up and Location: Work From Home | Philippines Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (AEDT) | 6:30 AM-3:30 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? We are seeking a Senior (Lead) Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Developer to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role is responsible for technical leadership, solution architecture contribution, and the implementation of advanced capabilities including Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven experiences. You will lead technical delivery across complex programs, particularly in government and regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead solution design across: Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse) Dynamics 365 CE Integration and data architecture Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution patterns Own technical design documentation and architecture decisions Advanced Development Develop and oversee: Plugins and custom workflows (C#/.NET) Custom APIs and integrations JavaScript/TypeScript customisations Establish coding standards and review implementation quality Copilot & AI Leadership Design and implement Copilot-first solutions Lead development of Copilot Studio agents and enterprise AI experiences Define patterns for: AI integration with Dataverse and external systems Automation, summarisation, and intelligent workflows Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, and compliance requirements Technical Leadership Lead technical streams across projects Mentor and guide mid-level developers Provide input into estimation, planning, and solution strategy Act as escalation point for complex technical issues Integration & Data Design complex integrations using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) Define data models, governance, and performance optimisation strategies Oversee data migration and transformation approaches Stakeholder Engagement Work directly with clients, architects, and business stakeholders Translate business needs into technical solutions Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and technical assurance Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: 5–10+ years experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 PL-400 Certification (essential) Proven experience leading delivery of enterprise-scale solutions Deep expertise in: Dataverse and Dynamics 365 CE Integration patterns and architecture Custom development (.NET, JavaScript) Strong experience designing and delivering Copilot / AI-enabled solutions Experience in government or regulated environments (highly regarded) Technical Skills Power Platform (advanced) Dynamics 365 CE (deep expertise) Copilot Studio, AI Builder, AI integration patterns .NET / C# (plugins, APIs) JavaScript / TypeScript Azure Integration Services DevOps / CI-CD / ALM Desirable Azure AI Services / enterprise AI architecture experience Experience defining governance models (security, environments, ALM) Microsoft certifications: PL-600 (highly desirable) AI-102 (desirable) Benefits Why You’ll Love Working Here HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the option to enroll additional dependents) Paid Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary) Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more!
