As a key contributor to the payor relations sales team, you will build strong relationships with healthcare partners and expand referral opportunities by increasing network access to pharmacy services. In this role, you will leverage deep functional expertise to collaborate across internal teams and external partners to strengthen relationships, solve complex challenges, and achieve quarterly performance goals. Responsibilities Drive payor prospect engagement and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to expand pharmacy participation and revenue. Provide professional account management leadership and content to drive sales growth and revenue for large accounts. Act as subject matter expert for other team members. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conventions to strengthen partnerships with the sales team and support business growth. Prepare and present business reviews to business partners to identify growth opportunities and ensure service level expectations are met. Oversee payor contract negotiations with health plans, PBMs, and managed care organizations to execute competitive pricing strategies that increase sales revenue. Manage enrollment communications with health plans, PBMs, Medicaid, and other payors to support timely participation and operational accuracy. Utilize extensive trade relations experience for pharmacy RFP requests and payor enrollment requirements. Partner with billing and operations teams to resolve reimbursement and contract issues. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to compliance standards. Support additional duties as assigned to meet departmental and organizational objectives. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of account management experience within healthcare, including experience with health plans, PBMs, or Medicaid. Strong understanding of credentialing, enrollment, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting pharmacy account management or specialty pharmacy operations. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
