Senior Payments Manager - Limassol - Limassol Position: Senior Payments Manager Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work model: hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) after initial 3 month nesting period Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and payment partners Negotiate contracts, fees and service-level agreements with payment providers Monitor PSP performance, uptime and compliance with agreed terms Ensure deposit and withdrawal flows are secure, fast and reliable Identify and resolve payment-related issues, delays and failures Review rejected transaction rates and implement solutions to reduce failures Prepare monthly reports on PSP performance and transaction volumes to optimize limits Ensure all PSP activities comply with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements Conduct due diligence on existing and potential PSP partners Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing Review and optimize PSP fees and propose cost reduction strategies Track KPIs including processing speed, error rates, cost efficiency and client satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field 3+ years of experience in payment operations within forex or CFD industry Strong knowledge of PSPs, payment gateways and transaction flows Good understanding of KYC, AML and regulatory frameworks Experience in vendor management and negotiation with payment providers Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Leadership experience managing operational or payments teams.
