We’re partnering with a high-growth CPG brand to hire a Senior Online Insights Analyst to support one of the fastest-growing areas of the business. This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll play a key role in shaping eCommerce strategy across major online retailers, with a heavy focus on Amazon and Chewy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and elevate online insights into a more strategic, high-impact function
- Analyze large datasets across platforms like Stackline, Amazon, Chewy, and other syndicated tools
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive growth
- Identify trends, competitive insights, and whitespace opportunities within the category
- Build customized, user-friendly reports and presentations for cross-functional teams
- Partner closely with sales and account teams to influence business decisions
- Bring a strong point of view and proactively uncover insights with minimal direction
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in category insights, shopper insights, or sales analytics within CPG or eCommerce
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and working with large datasets
- Hands-on experience with Amazon and/or Chewy data strongly preferred
- Experience with Stackline required; exposure to Numerator is a plus
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strategic thinker who goes beyond standard reporting to drive actionable insights
