About the Role We are looking for Senior Mobile (React Native) Developers to work on our projects. You will be delivering complex, fully bespoke mobile software solutions and helping this large, expanding global financial organization expand their front-end team. On a day-to-day basis, the software engineer will put their experience to good use working closely in a multi-disciplinary scrum team to deliver responsive, high-quality web applications, alongside gaining experience in modern cloud deployment best practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver business requirements Build and integrate APIs, services, and user interfaces with a focus on performance, security, and usability Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in production environments Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and developer experience Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Qualifications 5+ years of experience in React & React Native Backend experience with Node.js/GraphQL and Java Springboot is preferable Strong fundamental CSS, JS, Typescript, and ECMA Experience with MongoDB Professional understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs Worked within an Agile team Good English communication skills is a MUST Problem-solving- should be able to explain ideas, analyze solutions’ complexity and implement them perfectly.
