Location: Cluj-Napoca SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER Main responsibilities: Analyze technical requirements and project specifications Design and specify mechanical components and assemblies for Reverse Vending Machines Create, review, and release 3D models and controlled engineering drawings for fabrication and assembly Prepare and manage Engineering BOMs and component specifications Develop and apply engineering standards and design processes (DFX, DFMEA, Design Validation, Design Release) Support Supply Chain in validating locally sourced components and implement necessary design adjustments Drive DFM activities and quality-oriented improvements Coordinate engineering changes based on manufacturing challenges Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD Strong understanding of tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes Experience in industrial equipment design Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills Advanced level of English Department Engineering Role Mechanical Design Engineer Locations Cluj-Napoca Remote status Hybrid About Sales Consulting As a leading provider of Human Resources consulting services in Transylvania, we deliver regional coverage and specialized expertise across four core areas: recruitment and selection, personnel leasing, assessment centers and HR consultancy.
