About Us Sunshine Enterprise USA is retained by our valued client to search and recruit for the following executive opening: Job Description Senior Manager / Development Accounting Lead Position Summary The Senior Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of development accounting activities and coordinate all financial reporting and compliance requirements associated with affordable housing development projects. Primary Responsibilities · Manage engagement workflow and project timelines. · Coordinate development accounting activities from pre-development through project completion. · Review project budgets, development cost schedules, and sources and uses statements. · Assist in financial modeling and transaction analysis. · Coordinate investor reporting and lender reporting requirements. · Monitor project expenditures and financing compliance requirements. · Review supporting documentation for cost certification and tax credit calculations. · Supervise accounting staff assigned to the engagement. · Participate in project status meetings and provide management updates. Qualifications · CPA preferred. · Minimum 7 years of accounting experience. · Experience with affordable housing, real estate development, or public housing accounting. · Strong project management and analytical skills.
