Job Purpose Job Purpose As a Senior AI Linguistic Services Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring linguistic and overall quality of our deliveries in the broad spectrum of AI related services, early flagging quality issues and proposing improvement steps. Your role will involve day-to-day operations as well as participation on innovations strategies, including AI implementation into the linguistic processes, optimization of AI annotation and evaluation strategies and exploration of new areas for creative quality management in this everchanging and exciting environment. Job Overview Key Responsibilities Provide linguistic services and support for AI tasks to the production team, the partners and the customer. With the help of your direct manager and colleagues, manage continuous and proactive development, design and implementation of quality management methodologies, AI-focused linguistic services (quality reporting and monitoring, vendor training, asset development & maintenance and more). Deliver assigned AI services tasks (e.g. enforcement of task specific guidelines, proactive management of quality across assigned languages and projects). Provide trainings to translators, annotators and assorted stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in linguistic and AI workflows. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI language services. Skills & Experience Linguistic education or equivalent working experiences. AI specific courses, certificates and trainings will be a significant advantage Min. 2 years working experience (AI Services, quality management, ideally in a client facing role and/or supporting role in AI Services setup). Perfect command of spoken and written English. Very good skills with Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel. Current and practical knowledge of AI annotation and evaluation, AI prompting and LLMs Very good coordinating and communication skills (providing training, communication with customers). Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment, have a flexible attitude to work and good problem resolution skills. #LI-DS1 #LI-Remote
