• Skills : Mandatory experience in IBP-OBP/RTI (response & supply)

Job Description:

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes within the manufacturing supply planning domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and IT to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
• Utilize expertise in IBP S&OP to develop and implement advanced planning models supporting demand, supply, and inventory management.
• Drive transformation initiatives to align supply planning processes with overall business objectives, enhancing scalability and responsiveness.
• Support change management efforts by facilitating adoption of new tools and processes across relevant teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process models for demand planning, Supply planning Envisage supply chain planning trends, risks, and opportunities.
