Senior IT Project Manager (WFH Setup) About Our Client Our client is a trusted partner for small and mid-sized businesses, dedicated to simplifying and modernizing their IT infrastructure, enhancing security, and optimizing employee support. They provide comprehensive managed IT services, ensuring operational reliability, security, and productivity for their customers. The Opportunity: We are seeking two highly organized and results-driven IT Project Managers to oversee and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical understanding to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. What You'll Do: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, analysts, and other IT professionals, fostering collaboration and providing guidance. Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and track financials, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and managing third-party vendors as necessary. Requirements What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). PMP or other relevant project management certification. 2-3 years of experience managing IT projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, and experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
