Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer Apply About the role As an IAM Engineer, you’ll design and build identity and access management systems that support our internal services. You’ll work hands‑on with modern IAM technologies to implement secure authentication, authorization, and governance workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable IAM solutions. You’ll be the expert we’ll rely on for identity related architecture and best practices. Your work will directly shape our IAM infrastructure, improve developer experience, and strengthen security across the organization. What are you going to do? Improve existing and build new IAM solutions Improve developer documentation, build code examples and demo apps Ensure we have the right processes and tooling to achieve and maintain high availability Ensure we have the best security practices and processes in place for IAM service operation Help new business initiatives choosing correct IAM integration patterns and practices Provide technical leadership and guidance for less experienced engineers Participate in team Agile planning process Participate in team QA process Proactively develop knowledge and expertise in IAM field What do we expect from you?
