Contractor will support TA teams across APAC and EMEA with day-to-day technical and process-related inquiries and issues.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including HR Operations and Digital Technology, to ensure the seamless deployment and optimization of TA systems and processes.
Your technical expertise and data fluency will enable TA teams to manage the TA supply chain with precision and agility.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
TA Workday issue management and resolution
Analyzing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within the Talent Acquisition process
Identifying and implementing lean process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and duplicative work
Ensuring global compliance while adapting solutions to local market needs.
Support vendor management and enhancements for recruitment tools (e.g., job boards, background checks, CRM).
