To fuel our next leap, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our hub in Málaga . You will be a strategic partner to leadership and the architect of our core processes, from compliance and payroll oversight to talent development and engagement. Your Impact This is a high-impact role combining hands-on operational excellence with strategic ownership: Lead HR Operations: Design and lead the entire employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and everything in between. Global Payroll Ownership: Partner with Finance and local providers to ensure seamless, accurate payroll across our international locations (Spain, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and the US). Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to secure top-tier talent. Trust & Leadership: Act as the go-to advisor for managers and employees, fostering a culture of transparency and support. Compliance & Excellence: Navigate local labor laws and GDPR with precision, ensuring our scaling efforts are built on a compliant, professional foundation. Optimize & Automate: You will identify bottlenecks and implement digital workflows and HRIS tools to keep us lean and agile. Performance Management: Drive performance cycles and development initiatives that turn high-potential hires into long-term leaders. What You Bring Experience: 5+ years in HR Generalist or HRBP roles, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or international setting. Knowledge: Deep expertise in labor law and HR best practices (experience with Spanish or German law is a major advantage). Language: Fluency in English is a must. Spanish or German is a big plus. Mindset: You are "hands-on" by nature but "strategic" by design. You love the details but never lose sight of the big picture.
