About DICE DICE is a venture builder operating on a Build, Buy & Scale model. We don't just invest — we operate. We're a distributed team across New York, Istanbul, Ankara, and remote, building and scaling companies from zero to seven figures in ARR. Our technology team consists of 14 passionate individuals. Our thesis is simple: AI has democratized product creation. The moat is no longer building — it's how fast and how well you can scale what you build. That's where this role lives. The Role We are looking for an AI Growth Lead — a senior operator who thinks in funnels, ships in days not weeks, and treats AI not as a buzzword but as a daily multiplier across every layer of the growth stack. This role is the single owner of growth across multiple DICE portfolio companies. You'll run performance marketing, drive SEO that compounds, and design growth-hacking experiments that don't fit any standard playbook. You'll do all of this with AI woven into the workflow — for creative generation, audience research, copy iteration, SEO content production, competitive scraping, and the automation of work that used to take a team of ten. If you read the patch notes on every new model release, if you've already rebuilt your own marketing workflow around LLMs and agents , and if you can still write a paid social ad that actually converts — read on. This is not a coordinator role. This is not a pod seat. You will own the strategy, ship the work, and answer for the numbers. What You'll Do Own end-to-end growth for two to three DICE portfolio companies across mixed verticals (consumer mobile, B2B SaaS, lead-gen). You set the strategy and you ship it. Run performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC), Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and emerging channels — full P&L ownership, from creative brief to optimization to scaling decisions. Build SEO that compounds — keyword universe design, site architecture, content production pipelines, programmatic SEO, technical audits, and link strategy. Across both transactional and informational intent. Design growth-hacking experiments that aren't in any playbook: scraping plays, cold outbound at scale, viral loops, referral mechanics, partnership hacks, and channels nobody has tried yet for the vertical. Embed AI into every workflow — creative generation (image, video, copy), audience research, paywall and landing page iteration, SEO content engines, competitive intelligence, reporting. You build the agents and pipelines; you don't wait for someone else to. Run a fast, statistically sound experimentation cadence — hypothesis, ship, measure, kill or scale. Weekly experiment review, monthly roadmap. Own the dashboards — GA4, GSC, Meta and Google reporting, attribution, cohort analysis, CAC vs. LTV by channel and by cohort. Build them yourself when needed. Partner with product, design, and engineering across portfolio companies to ship growth into the product itself — onboarding flows, paywalls, activation triggers, viral mechanics. Manage external partners — agencies, consultants, ad network reps (Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok). Hold them accountable. What You'll Bring 4+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or growth hacking — ideally with exposure to more than one vertical (consumer mobile, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or lead-gen). Hands-on, end-to-end campaign experience. You've personally built, launched, and optimized campaigns on Meta, Google, and at least one other major channel — with real budget and real accountability. Real SEO depth. Keyword strategy, technical SEO, content scaling, ideally programmatic SEO. You can read a SERP and tell us exactly what to do. A proven growth-hacking track record. Concrete examples of unconventional experiments that moved a real metric — and the ones that didn't, with what you learned. AI-native workflow. You already use LLMs, agents, and automation tools as a daily multiplier — not as a novelty. You can walk us through the pipelines, prompts, and stacks (Zapier, n8n, Make, custom code) that you've built. Bonus if you've shipped anything custom in Python or Node. Strong analytical foundation. GA4, Looker Studio, attribution modeling, cohort and funnel analysis. SQL is a plus. Patience paired with urgency. Growth is compounding work — you don't quit a channel after two weeks. But you also don't burn six months on something that isn't moving. You know the difference. Excellent written English. Most of our markets are US-focused; you'll write copy, briefs, and reports that land with US audiences. Comfort working across multiple companies and verticals simultaneously. This is not a single-product role and never will be. Nice to Have Subscription app monetization experience (RevenueCat, Adapty, AppsFlyer, Apple Search Ads bidding strategy). B2B SaaS funnel experience for the US market — particularly company formation, fintech-adjacent, or virtual services. Performance marketing economics fluency — pLTV vs. CAC, blended CAC, payback period modeling. Prior experience in a venture builder, holding company, or operator role across multiple brands.
