The candidate should also understand modern UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and digital marketing trends. Work Experience Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field. Proven portfolio showcasing: Website UI/UX projects Landing page designs Social media creatives Branding and marketing materials Mobile-responsive web layouts Experience working with marketing teams, developers, and SEO specialists. Experience designing for healthcare, transportation, SaaS, or service-based companies is a plus. Strong understanding of modern design trends, typography, color theory, and user-centered design. Experience with WordPress page builders and responsive design frameworks preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and landing pages. Create social media graphics, ad creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials. Improve website UI/UX for better engagement and conversion optimization. Collaborate with developers and SEO teams to ensure designs are optimized for performance and search visibility. Design mobile-responsive interfaces and ensure consistency across all devices. Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity and design standards. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey concepts. Optimize images, graphics, and visual assets for fast-loading websites. Edit and enhance visual content for digital marketing campaigns. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions. Ensure all designs align with healthcare professionalism, accessibility, and modern usability standards. Stay updated with latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and creative tools. Required Software & Technical Proficiency Candidates should be proficient in the following tools/software: Design & UI/UX Tools Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe XD Figma Canva CorelDRAW (optional but preferred) Web & Development Knowledge Responsive Web Design (all screen sizes) WordPress (optional but preferred) Elementor / WPBakery (optional but preferred) HTML5 (optional but preferred) CSS3 (optional but preferred) Basic JavaScript understanding (optional but preferred) Additional Creative Tools Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects (optional) CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools Preferred Skills Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
