Potential Extension/Conversion: High potential for extension or full-time conversion

Job Type: Full time (40 Hours per Week)

Pay Range: $55-$58hr

About the Role

Client's Products & Industries Creative Team is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to support strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and world-class event experiences. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can translate complex business challenges into compelling creative solutions across digital, print, web, email, social, and event platforms.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional design execution with conceptual thinking, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings innovative ideas that elevate the Salesforce brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Create eBooks, email campaigns, social media assets, presentations, and web experiences.
• Support branding and creative development for major Salesforce events, including Dreamforce.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Present design concepts and articulate creative rationale to internal clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative design approaches.
• Partner with external vendors and freelancers when required.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design excellence
• Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Google Gemini and Nano Banana
• Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
• Canva experience
• Animation and multimedia design experience

Desired Experience

• 4–10 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong background in B2B technology, SaaS, agency, or enterprise marketing environments
• Experience working with cross-functional creative and marketing teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Collaborating with designers and project managers via Slack
• Creating visual assets for campaigns, web properties, email programs, and events
• Participating in design reviews and stakeholder meetings
• Providing project updates and managing deliverables
• Working closely with Product Marketing and Creative teams to refine concepts and executions
