Role Description

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and print formats for our clients and internal brand. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design, a strong command of industry tools, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with brand guidelines and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, carousels, stories, and static posts for multiple client accounts
• Develop brand collaterals including presentations, brochures, mailers, and digital ads
• Create motion graphics and animated posts for reels and stories (a plus)
• Work closely with the content and strategy team to visualise campaign ideas
• Ensure all output is on-brand, pixel-perfect, and delivered on time
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, print, etc.)
• Support event coverage and live campaign visual needs when required
• Iterate on designs based on client and internal feedback promptly

Skills & Tools Required

Proficiency in the following tools is essential:

• Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (must-have)
• Canva Pro
• Figma, for collaborative design, UI mockups, and client presentations
• After Effects or equivalent, for basic motion and animated creatives

What We Are Looking For

• 4 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at a digital or media agency
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, brand work, and print/digital collaterals
• Excellent attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Good communication skills: you will be in regular contact with the core team
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of current design trends in social media and digital marketing

Good to Have

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Exposure to event or corporate brand design

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)
