Senior Google Ads Operations Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

TechStrive is a performance marketing agency serving SME and enterprise clients across DACH and the US. We run high-stakes Google Ads operations for clients who expect precision. We're hiring a senior manager to own that operation end to end.

This is not a coordinator role. We need someone who has led paid media teams before, understands what good Google Ads work looks like, and can make decisions independently, not wait to be told what to do next.

What you'll own

• Full ownership of Google Ads operations — managing a team of specialist freelancers across multiple client accounts
• Setting performance standards and holding the team accountable to them — quality reviews, deadlines, output consistency
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients on Google Ads matters — updates, issues, strategic discussions
• Identifying problems before they reach the client — campaign health, budget pacing, delivery risks
• Building and maintaining the operational infrastructure: SOPs, reporting frameworks, team workflows
• Reporting directly to agency leadership with clear, structured updates

What you bring

• 3+ years managing Google Ads at an agency or in-house, with clear ownership of accounts not just execution support
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of paid media specialists or freelancers
• Deep familiarity with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, you can spot a poor campaign structure or a tracking issue without being told to look
• Strong, professional written English, German is a significant advantage for client-facing work in DACH
• A bias toward action and clear communication, you close loops, you don't leave them open
• Available and responsive during DACH/EU business hours, full-time
