🚀 Frontend Engineer (React / Next.js | 3+ Years of Experience)

We’re looking for a strong frontend engineer to help us build scalable, high-performance, and beautiful product experiences.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Build scalable and maintainable frontend architecture for production systems
• Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality UX
• Drive decisions around state management, data flow, and performance
• Build reusable components and help evolve a shared design system
• Write clean, typed, and well-tested code
• Improve frontend performance, reliability, and observability
• Define engineering best practices and code quality standards
• Debug production issues and continuously improve stability
• Mentor engineers and help strengthen the frontend culture

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns
• Hands-on production experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
• Solid understanding of state management, caching, and data fetching
• Experience building component-driven UI systems
• Strong CSS skills (utility-first or CSS-in-JS) and responsive design expertise
• Comfort with complex UI flows, forms, and validations
• Strong focus on performance optimization
• Experience with UI testing and production debugging
• Familiarity with auth flows, monitoring, and production systems

🌟 Good to have

• Experience with dashboards, tables, or data-heavy UIs
• Exposure to charts, drag-and-drop, or rich visual interfaces
• Experience building AI-powered UI experiences
• Prior experience in a frontend lead / UI architect role
