About the Role As a Senior Frontend Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in engineering our mission-critical internal tools. This role focuses on building a high-performance, secure, and scalable administrative ecosystem that empowers our internal teams to manage the money platform. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of complex front-end features and engineering tasks for your squad, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable internal tools Drive the implementation of a modular, high-performance, and secure internal ecosystem, actively participating in architectural design decisions Write exceptionally clean, efficient, and well-documented code (React/TypeScript) while maintaining a high standard through thorough code reviews. Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate complex business logic into intuitive, responsive UI solutions. Champion front-end best practices across the team, including the development of shared UI component libraries, comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E), and CI/CD automation. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and browser constraints to ensure platforms remain lightning-fast for internal stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in Front-end development , with a proven track record operating at a Senior level (FinTech or high-growth tech environments preferred). Expert-level proficiency in React , TypeScript , and modern state management (Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Zustand). Strong experience building complex dashboards , financial tools, or enterprise-grade administrative portals . Experience with agentic engineering in Cursor and/or Claude Code (or similar IDE-based agents): providing clear context and constraints, thoughtfully reviewing AI-assisted changes, and taking responsibility for deliverables in line with team practices (architecture guidelines, code review, lint/typecheck, and SDLC workflows such as specs, tickets, and quality gates before merge) Experience with TanStack Table, TanStack Form, and/or large list virtualization patterns. Deep understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 ( Tailwind or CSS-in-JS), browser APIs, and web security essentials ( OWASP , OAuth2 ). Solid experience with micro - frontends , component-driven development, and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL; gRPC/Connect and protobuf-based contracts are a plus). Experience with Vite-based SPAs; feature-module architecture and a clear API boundary in large codebases. Extensive hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress Experience writing Swagger / OpenAPI specifications Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed team across different time zones.
