What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Highly involved in month-end close by ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis ✔️ Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing clear variance insights and delivering compelling, story-driven narratives to stakeholders ✔️ Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support data driven decision making ✔️ Work closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input ✔️ Develop automated reporting and dashboards while improving efficiency through process optimization and use of automation tools (Power BI, Excel, DataBricks, Python, SQL) ✔️Apply solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow to analyze business performance, validate results, and support forecasting and planning activities What You’ll Bring ✔️ Needs to be proficient in Power BI, Excel, DataBricks, Pythin & SQL ✔️Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of automation ✔️ Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines ✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too ✔️ Dutch working rights (you will need to be based in the Netherlands already and have working rights) Why TIP?
