Edit and produce high-quality video content for various YouTube channels, including our own and those of our clients. Use data analytics to evaluate video performance and make data-driven decisions. Manage all aspects of the video production process, from pre-production planning and scriptwriting to post-production editing and publishing, for both long-form and short-form videos. Use creative techniques and visual storytelling to produce engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize video content for SEO and other marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and YouTube marketing. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Continuously seek ways to improve video content and processes. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in video editing and production, with a focus on YouTube. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm and trends, with experience creating content that resonates with audiences. Knowledge of video production techniques, including pre-production planning, storyboarding, lighting, and sound. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
