Senior Executive Assistant (Partner Support) - Market Mapping (Remote)

Job Description This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role enables consistent client and candidate engagement by maintaining structured processes, clear documentation, and timely stakeholder updates. Key Responsibilities • Maintain meeting cadence and ensure decisions and next steps are documented • Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed) • Support process improvements for scheduling, document control, and executive workflows • Own inbox triage and stakeholder communication to protect executive focus time • Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking • Coordinate candidate and client interviews with discretion and precision • Maintain confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems Requirements • 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, professional services, or recruitment • Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability • Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits • Salary range: 460,000 - 600,000 • Remote work arrangement (South Africa) • Opportunities for professional growth • Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. • Open communication environment. • Full medical coverage.
