We are a fast-growing group of companies operating in the US market. We're looking for an experienced, ambitious person to work fully remotely as the right hand of the management team, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role works on US time-zone hours (US hours). This is a role for someone with a solid business background who works independently, thinks a step ahead, and takes full ownership of their work. Beyond supporting the management team, you'll also coordinate the work of other assistants and staff (a chief-of-staff dimension). Your responsibilities: Day-to-day support for the management team, taking routine work off their plate Versatile, all-round business support across the entire group Coordinating and overseeing other assistants and staff, delegating tasks and following through (a chief-of-staff role) Calendar management — prioritizing meetings and coordinating across time zones Organizing business travel: booking flights, hotels, and transport, and preparing itineraries Handling payments, invoices, and expense reports Managing communication and correspondence; acting as the first point of contact (filtering emails and calls, routing what matters) Coordinating meetings: preparing agendas, materials, and notes/follow-ups Preparing presentations, reports, and summaries Liaising with and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners Supporting ad-hoc projects and resolving day-to-day operational issues Safeguarding confidential information and keeping documentation organized What we're looking for: A university degree in business management (or a related field) Minimum 5 years of professional business experience, including assistant / executive-support work Experience coordinating a team or other assistants Highly driven, proactive, and self-directed: takes ownership Sharp and business-savvy, with strong analytical and organizational skills English at a minimum B2+ level Availability to work US time-zone hours (US hours) Willingness and ability to travel for business across Europe and the US (valid passport) A reliable internet connection and your own workstation (remote role) Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Discretion, strong communication skills, and professionalism Nice to have: Experience working with international teams or companies Knowledge of an additional language What we offer: A 100% remote role: no commute, work from anywhere Stable, long-term cooperation Competitive pay matched to your experience Performance-based bonuses A budget for training and professional development Close collaboration with leadership and real impact across the group An international working environment
