Position Summary
The client is seeking a highly connected, proven enterprise sales professional with deep experience selling network monitoring, observability, AIOps, telecom, or infrastructure operations solutions into large enterprises, service providers, telecom operators, cloud providers, and MSPs.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with an established network of executive and operational relationships across Network Operations, NOC, Infrastructure Operations, Service Assurance, and Network Engineering organizations. This individual must have a demonstrated track record of closing complex enterprise software or SaaS deals and opening strategic accounts through trusted customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously sold solutions such as network monitoring, observability, event correlation, AIOps, service assurance, OSS/BSS, infrastructure automation, or network analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales and strategic account development for client’s AI-driven network operations platform.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to open and accelerate opportunities within telecoms, ISPs, enterprises, financial institutions, cloud providers, and managed service providers.
- Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Network Operations, VP Infrastructure, Service Assurance leaders, and Network Engineering executives.
- Identify customer operational pain points related to outages, MTTR, RCA, alert storms, NOC efficiency, and automation.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Coordinate closely with executive leadership, solution engineering, and product teams to align customer requirements and solution value.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities where appropriate.
- Represent the client at industry conferences, customer meetings, and executive briefings.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Proven success selling network monitoring, observability, AIOps, telecom OSS/BSS, service assurance, infrastructure operations, or related solutions.
- Existing relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, cloud providers, large enterprises, or managed service providers.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding enterprise sales quotas and closing six-figure and seven-figure deals.
- Strong understanding of network operations, NOC environments, incident management, RCA, observability, or infrastructure operations.
- Experience engaging both executive buyers and deep technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern observability or AIOps platforms is highly desirable.
