The Opportunity Join QVC US as a Sr Employee Relations Partner, where you'll deliver expert employee relations guide a positive workplace climate, and ensure compliance with employment laws and QVC policies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations Office , you'll lead complex investigations, provide guidance to managers and team members, and champion QVC's culture of inclusivity and leadership. Where You'll Work This role is remote. You must reside in New Jersey, Delaware, or Pennsylvania. This role may require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location as needed. Your Impact Investigate workplace complaints and ensure legal and policy compliance, protecting QVC from risk. Advise managers and People Team colleagues on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and compliance. Track and report employee relations activity, identify trends, and recommend solutions. Support delivery of formal employee relations processes, ensuring consistency and fairness. Develop and deliver training on employee relations management and compliance topics. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in HR related studies or equivalent experience 5+ years experience in an HR generalist role or an Employee Relations-focused role 5+ years of experience using U.S. employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and applicable state laws to lead workplace investigation. 5+ years of experience handling confidential investigations with integrity, exercising impartial judgment and ethical decision-making in complex situations 5+ years experience conducting and overseeing complex workplace investigations and applying investigative best practices #LI-AC5 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
