Senior Distribution Manager - EMEA | Life Sciences

Location: Netherlands / Germany / UK (Remote with Travel ~50%)

Wenham Carter are partnered with a highly respected, science-driven organisation with a premium market reputation, who are seeking a Senior Distributor Manager to drive strategic growth across its distribution partner network.

This role plays a critical part in shaping how the business expands its impact across EMEA.

Focused on leading distributor performance, enabling partner success, and driving sustainable, long-term growth across EMEA, you own of a network of key distribution partners, acting as the senior interface to build high-impact relationships and deliver structured, insight-driven growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive year-on-year revenue growth through a portfolio of strategic distribution partners across EMEA
• Develop and execute annual business plans and multi-year growth strategies with key partners
• Evaluate distributor performance and implement improvements to maximise market coverage and effectiveness
• Lead structured governance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into actionable commercial strategies
• Deliver training and enablement to distributor teams across product portfolios and application workflows

Your Profile

• Deep commercial experience within life sciences in distributor or channel management
• Demonstrated experience working across EMEA markets, with an understanding of regional complexities
• Strong background in research reagents, antibodies, or cell biology-related workflows
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated success in business planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and collaborating cross-functionally
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
