Date: Jun 4, 2026 Location: Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Sr. Director, People & Culture Data, Analytics & Integrations (HR Technology & AI) - Hybrid Full time, Bangalore, India A modern, strategic leader responsible for the full data, reporting, integration, and workflow ecosystem across People & Culture. This role owns the end-to-end SuccessFactors platform, all inbound/outbound integrations, and enterprise workforce analytics delivered through Microsoft platform & Power BI. The leading voice on AI within P&C, advising leadership on opportunities to drive efficiency, insight, and employee experience. This role is responsible for: Managing a team of analysts Success Factors Platform Ownership, Integrations, Data Architecture, and Case Management Analytics, Reporting & Insights AI Strategy & Advisory (People & Culture) Workflow, Data Connections & Process Optimization Data Analysis & Integrity Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement, Team Management & Development As a Sr. Director, People & Culture Data, Analytics & Integrations, you will Own overall architecture, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Lead People & Culture reporting strategy using Microsoft platform and Power BI Serve as primary advisor to HR and executive leadership on AI use cases Own and continuously improve HR workflows within SuccessFactors Orchestrate the team for data validation, auditing, and remediation processes Act as a strategic partner to CHRO, CIO, and business leaders About you Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) Extensive experience in HR technology, data, analytics, or enterprise systems leadership Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred) Strong expertise in data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL) Proven experience managing enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware) Demonstrated experience driving AI initiatives or advanced analytics What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
