Senior Director of Revenue Ops & Sales Strategy Apply Overview Level Management Apply Description The Opportunity Kinomatic is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy to design, optimize, and lead the company’s end-to-end sales system as we scale our surgeon partnerships and patient conversion model. This role will serve as the strategic and operational leader responsible for building a data-driven sales engine across our Account Management and sales functions. The Senior Director will define sales strategy, establish performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution across teams while identifying performance gaps and implementing solutions that drive measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities Define and lead Kinomatic’s overall sales strategy, including funnel design, conversion optimization, and revenue growth initiatives. Establish and manage key sales performance metrics including lead flow, conversion rates, surgeon performance, and revenue outcomes. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline health. Oversee Account Management and inside sales teams to ensure consistent execution and performance alignment. Identify trends, gaps, and risks in surgeon performance, including drops in leads or conversion rates, and implement corrective strategies. Partner with Marketing, Patient Experience, and Product teams to ensure alignment across the full revenue lifecycle. Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and systems to improve efficiency and consistency across sales operations. Analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and optimize lead-to-close conversion. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop sales and account management leaders to drive accountability and performance. Implement forecasting models and revenue planning processes in partnership with Finance and CRO. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or commercial leadership roles. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven experience leading revenue operations, sales strategy, or sales operations in a high-growth organization. Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and conversion optimization. Experience managing or supporting inside sales or account management teams. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive performance and accountability. Ability to identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to Travel up to 25% of the time ( 2-3 days per month to shadow and evaluate on boarding and Inside sales team in office) Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, medtech, or multi-sided marketplace environments. Background in both B2B (surgeon partnerships) and B2C (patient conversion) models. Experience working closely with CRO, Marketing, and Product leadership. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and forecasting models.
