The Role Role Title: Senior Director of Product Management Location: Ireland (Remote) Reports To: Head of Product About the Role Afiniti is looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management who is capable and motivated to bring zero to one product(s) to enterprise customers, experienced in building Agentic AI products, and skilled at working backwards from customer needs. They would have strong product sense and design thinking and be adept at working closely with engineering to deliver highly usable self-service products to a variety of enterprise personas. In this role, you will work with a team of talented product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative AI solutions to contact center clients. You will own at least one of the following AI products and contribute to all of them as a senior member of the product team. 1) Customer facing AI Agents that can handle interactions end to end across voice, chat, and email - with differentiators (such as dynamic personality selection, Afiniti-powered human agent handoff, and more). 2) A Predictive and Agentic AI powered orchestration engine that optimizes the contact center’s routing logic, workforce management configuration, and dynamically optimizes every customer journey through the contact center. 3) A deep Intelligence platform that integrates with 3p systems to detect insights, anomalies, and trends – along with outcome obsessed impact assessment and solutioning. This platform is truly the engine that drives optimization through the rest of the product suite. What will be your key deliverables [6 mo] Deliver customer facing AI Agents with strong differentiators vs. other solutions. [6 mo] Deliver fully self-service AI Agents setup user interfaces to scale the business. [6 mo] Deliver a culture of iterative development of Agentic AI products focused on optimizing client outcomes, safety and quality through automated evals, and continuous value delivery. [1 year] Build agentic AI systems to optimize outcomes across the contact center. Achieve partner integrations needed to produce world-class Intelligence driving the optimization. Who you are 10-15 years of product or technical product management Experience owning product vision, strategy, and multi-year product roadmaps. Experience with end-to-end product delivery and hard tradeoffs in product launches. Experience owning technology products and working with engineering teams. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization. Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred Computer Science) Nice to have Experience developing and launching Agentic AI and Predictive AI products. Experience leveraging LLMs to build high quality, safe, and reliable products. Experience working with enterprises, and pitching products to high level leaders. Experience working on contact center and customer experience products.
