Senior Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Designer based in India. This role is focused on shaping high-quality, visually compelling digital experiences across SaaS products, marketing touchpoints, and brand systems. You will be responsible for defining and evolving the visual language of complex product interfaces while ensuring consistency across dashboards, data-heavy screens, and marketing assets. The position requires strong craft in UI design, typography, and visual storytelling, with a particular focus on clarity in complex data visualization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into polished, production-ready designs. The environment is highly collaborative and innovation-driven, encouraging experimentation, ownership, and cross-functional contribution. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where your design excellence directly influences user experience and product perception. Accountabilities: Design seamless, integrated experiences across product, marketing, and customer touchpoints Define, evolve, and maintain a consistent visual language for SaaS products and brand systems Create wireframes, task flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes for complex, data-rich interfaces Design dashboards, tables, charts, and data visualizations with a strong focus on clarity and usability Contribute to and enhance scalable design systems with reusable, high-quality UI components Conduct quality checks to ensure all design outputs are polished and ready for development handoff Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive experiences Lead through design excellence and contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation Participate in a wide range of projects including product design, branding, and marketing initiatives Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in product or UI design, preferably in SaaS or product-driven companies Strong expertise in visual design principles including typography, color theory, and layout composition Advanced hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Strong portfolio demonstrating depth in UI design, especially data-heavy or dashboard interfaces Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Experience working across the full design lifecycle as an individual contributor (no managerial responsibilities) Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus; knowledge of motion design or JavaScript is an added advantage Ability to stay updated with modern design trends and continuously improve craft quality Strong ownership mindset, self-motivated attitude, and willingness to push creative boundaries Experience in financial or enterprise SaaS products is a plus but not mandatory Benefits: Competitive annual compensation between INR 25,00,000 – 30,00,000 Fully remote flexibility with the option to work from anywhere in India Opportunity to work on high-impact SaaS products with global exposure Strong focus on design craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation Collaborative, open culture encouraging learning and cross-functional involvement Exposure to complex product design, branding, and marketing projects Career growth in a high-caliber product design environment Participation in a structured recruitment process with multiple evaluation stages How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
