The Job: As a Data Analyst in the Real Estate & Motors Analytics team, you help shape data-driven decisions across Product, Business, and Sales functions. You turn complex data into actionable insights, support experimentation and forecasting initiatives, and contribute to improving our products and user experience. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative Data and Analytics setup, you help teams identify impactful opportunities and drive informed decision-making through analytics and clear communication. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Analytics Lead, Real Estate. We're looking for someone to join us on a limited 1-year contract. Who You Are: You bring strong SQL skills and hands-on experience in product and business analytics, experimentation, and KPI analysis. You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships. You demonstrate an ownership mindset, strong prioritization skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments. You have experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau and understand tracking concepts and data quality validation. You bring skills to adapt automation and AI where it creates value. Nice to have: exposure to forecasting, Python, and modern analytics tooling such as DBT. What You’ll Do: Partner with Product, Business, and Sales stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision making. Own analytics topics, including tracking definition, funnel analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting for product, business and sales. Support A/B testing initiatives through experiment setup, analysis, and measurement of feature performance and business impact. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical deep dives for the Real Estate & Motors domain. To “get the data ready”, you will contribute to the semantic layer and data model. Collaborate closely with Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product Managers in a cross-functional DnA environment. Contribute to forecasting, planning, and operational analytics initiatives to support business growth and prioritization.
