Job Description Major Responsibilities: Communicating with client and project manager to understand business requirements. Implementing Salesforce processes, building and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud applicationAnalyse key data, insights, facts and make decisions for business success Create data driven Salesforce solution documents and data flows to meet clientโs requirements. Assisting existing and new clients in the implementation of Salesforce Cloud platforms. Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes and client technical environments. Has sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce Cloud platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices. Will collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales and IT Teams to ensure alignment of business priorities and inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. Implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or other Salesforce solutions Working with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or IT related discipline along with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce technical implementation. At least 3 years of experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or other Salesforce solutions Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required. Using Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, IM, and social media platforms. Salesforce and Service Cloud certifications are a plus. Work experience with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, learning agile, and a problem solver. Ability to work on diverse, cross-cultural teams.
