Business & Professional Services Document Intelligence Specialist

A contract opportunity to shape how language models understand and execute complex professional tasks. You will design benchmark tasks grounded in real-world business documents, combining domain expertise with rigorous evaluation methodology.

$60 $80/hr | 15 20 hrs/week | Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Author multi-step benchmark tasks grounded in authentic business documents including plans, reports, and presentations each with a defined ground truth output and objective scoring rubric
• Design instruction-following scenarios that test precise professional reasoning across document analysis, web search integration, and code execution contexts
• Ensure task quality through clear problem framing, unambiguous instructions, and reproducible evaluation criteria
• Apply deep domain knowledge across management consulting, business strategy, operations, or adjacent functions to produce tasks that reflect real-world professional complexity
• Maintain output consistency and structural rigor across a high weekly task volume within a self-directed, asynchronous workflow

Core Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of: management consulting, business strategy, marketing and sales, HR and organizational development, or business operations
• Ability to construct complex, multi-step professional scenarios with traceable reasoning and verifiable outputs
• Strong written communication capable of producing structured, precise, formally worded professional documents and instructions
• Familiarity with document-heavy workflows (business plans, executive reports, strategic presentations) and the analytical judgment they require
• Comfortable operating independently as a 1099 contractor with weekly deliverables and performance-based project continuity

Additional Strengths

• Prior exposure to model evaluation, data annotation, or technical writing for automation or language model training pipelines
• Experience in a client-facing advisory or analytical role where instruction clarity and output precision were critical
