What We Offer Competitive USD-based base compensation High commission structure with strong earning potential Fully remote work environment Flexible schedule Ongoing training and support Access to investigative tools and recovery resources Consistent account volume Opportunity for long-term growth with a rapidly expanding U.S. company Responsibilities Handle commercial collections and account resolution efforts Recover merchant cash advance and business funding accounts Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements Conduct skip tracing and debtor investigations Locate businesses, guarantors, bank accounts, and assets Perform property, deed, corporate, and UCC-related research Investigate business affiliations and successor entities Identify collectible assets and enforcement opportunities Maintain detailed account notes and documentation Communicate professionally with debtors, attorneys, processors, and third parties Utilize investigative databases, online research, and social media investigations Required Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:Commercial collections – Merchant cash advance collections – Business-to-business collections – Skip tracing – Investigative research – Debt recovery or enforcement support Required Skills – Fluent English with a professional, neutral accent – Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities – Highly organized and self-motivated – Ability to work independently without micromanagement – Comfortable handling high-volume outbound communications – Strong computer and internet research skills – Professional collection mentality with persistence and confidence Preferred Experience – Experience working with U.S.-based accounts or customers – LexisNexis or investigative database experience – Property and corporate research experience – UCC filing research – Collections call center or BPO background – Merchant cash advance recovery experience Technical Requirements – Desktop or laptop computer – Reliable high-speed internet connection – Quiet and professional remote work environment – USB headset and webcam preferred Compensation Compensation includes a USD-based base plus performance commissions.
