This role is designed for someone who operates like a consultant + operator hybrid —you don’t just manage relationships, you diagnose problems, interpret data, and drive revenue decisions in real time . You are expected to function at the level of a US-based senior client partner , leading executive conversations, pushing back when needed, and proactively identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Client Ownership & Revenue Growth Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across your book (retention + expansion) Lead structured, high-quality weekly client calls with senior stakeholders Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities proactively Build relationships where you are viewed as a trusted revenue advisor—not support Campaign Intelligence & Strategy Analyze outbound performance (reply rates, targeting, sequencing, deliverability) Diagnose issues quickly and recommend clear, data-backed actions Partner with clients on ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy refinement Surface risks and opportunities before clients ask Systems & Data Ownership Work daily inside HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, and AI workflows Pull and interpret campaign data independently—no reliance on technical teams Maintain accurate account insights, pipeline visibility, and health tracking Translate client needs into clear execution plans for internal teams AI-Driven Workflow Execution Use Claude as a core operating tool for: Call preparation and strategic thinking Campaign analysis and insight generation Client communication and synthesis Leverage Clay for signal detection, enrichment, and outbound insights Continuously improve workflows using AI and automation tools
