The Job: You drive performance and growth within our Kleinanzeigen PRO Business Unit by connecting Go-To-Market activities with measurable business outcomes. Acting as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Finance, you ensure that growth initiatives are clearly defined, tracked, and continuously optimized. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of PRO. Who You Are: You bring 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or similar roles. You have a strong analytical mindset and are confident working with data, including building models in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus. You understand how marketing funnels and sales processes impact business performance and revenue. You are experienced in working in cross-functional environments and can align diverse stakeholders effectively. You have a track record of delivering measurable business impact through projects or initiatives. You are fluent in English; Good German skills are a big plus. What You’ll Do: Own and manage the performance view of the PRO business, translating P&L development into actionable KPIs such as subscriber volume, ARPU, churn, and cohort performance. Define and track success metrics for strategic initiatives (e.g. pricing changes, product launches, or freemium models) and derive clear recommendations. Act as a cross-functional bridge between Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to align forecasts, data needs, and business priorities. Identify growth opportunities and risks by analysing funnel performance and customer cohorts, and translate insights into actions. Build and own business cases for new initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and realistic financial modelling.
