Job Title Senior Business Development Representative (High-Velocity Sales) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior BDR to support pipeline generation in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. This hybrid role blends outbound calling, inbound lead qualification, and full-funnel prospect engagement. You’ll be expected to step in wherever needed — including heavy call volume — with closing experience viewed as a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Run outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn Handle inbound leads and conduct structured qualification conversations Identify qualified opportunities and book meetings and demos Execute discovery calls and surface clear next steps for Sales Log activities and manage leads accurately within the CRM Hit daily activity targets and monthly pipeline goals Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales development, BDR, or similar roles Strong ability to handle high call volume when required Prior remote work experience , comfort with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — applications without this experience will not be considered Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM tools Confident communicator with a competitive, execution-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Previous closing experience or quota-carrying sales roles Experience in inbound qualification and appointment setting Background in fast-growing or performance-driven sales teams Tools & Technology CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Dialers and sales engagement platforms Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
