Senior Business Development Consultant Role (Fixed Rate + Commission-Based)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Consultant to help drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and acquire new customers.
This role is ideal for professionals with a proven background in client acquisition and engagement, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), eCommerce, automotive, retail distribution, channel partnerships, business development, account management, consulting, or other related sales, partnership, and customer-facing industries.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, comfortable engaging decision-makers, and capable of creating new business opportunities through both networking and strategic outreach.
What You'll Do
Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers and business opportunities
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing business development strategies
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry relationships, outbound outreach, and strategic prospecting
• Conduct proactive prospecting and outreach when inbound opportunities are limited
Partnership & Relationship Development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, channel partners, distributors, brands, and key stakeholders
• Establish long-term relationships that create sustainable business opportunities
• Engage decision-makers and present solutions that align with client needs
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives
Sales Presentations & Client Engagement
• Lead or participate in sales presentations, discovery meetings, and business development discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and sales strategies
• Help guide opportunities from initial introduction through partnership development and closing
Strategic Growth & Market Insights
• Identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential partnership channels
• Analyze business development activities and provide recommendations for growth
• Interpret sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Contribute ideas and strategies that support customer acquisition and long-term growth

Compensation
• Fixed monthly compensation of $700 to $1,500 USD (depending on experience and network strength) + attractive commission structure on closed deals
