Key Responsibilities 1. New Business Acquisition (70%) Identify and prospect potential advertisers and strategic partners. Conduct outreach through email, calls, networking, and industry events. Deliver sales presentations and pitch affiliate marketing solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements. Coordinate advertiser onboarding and campaign integration with internal teams. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. 2. Partnership Development (30%) Recruit high-potential publishers, affiliates, creators, and media partners. Expand the publisher network across key verticals. Identify partnership opportunities that contribute to network growth. Collaborate with Partnership Specialists to ensure successful publisher activation and performance. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign launches. Partner with the Partnership Specialist team to validate publisher quality and growth opportunities. Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends. Requirements 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Advertising. Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
