You'll lead pilot programs, harness AI tools to deliver data-driven insights, and guide cross-functional teams through digital initiatives—all while gaining exposure to cutting-edge generative AI platforms like TELUS FueliX. Pilot Program & Strategic Leadership Lead evaluation and analysis of compensation, Living Out Allowance, and SPIFF programs Design pilot frameworks, define success metrics, and establish KPIs Present business cases and scaling recommendations to executive leadership AI & Technology Integration Leverage generative AI platforms (TELUS FueliX and others) to enhance analysis and uncover insights Mentor teams on AI tool adoption and best practices Identify opportunities to embed AI solutions into business processes Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with vendor, QA, data, and operations teams Lead requirements workshops with diverse stakeholders Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams Analytics & Reporting Conduct monthly strategic reviews with trend analysis Generate actionable insights from complex datasets using business intelligence platforms Create compelling dashboards and visualizations for executive decision-making Support compensation reporting and payment processes Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks and recommend AI-assisted improvements Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives Build playbooks and best practice guides for team adoption What you’ll do Lead Innovation at Scale – Work with cutting-edge generative AI tools and directly shape how technology transforms operations for thousands of team members Strategic Influence – Your analysis and recommendations inform executive decision-making and influence national program strategy Visible Impact – Own end-to-end pilot programs from conception to enterprise-wide deployment; see your work directly influence business outcomes Development & Growth – Mentor junior analysts, develop strategic and leadership skills, and build a portfolio of high-impact initiatives that position you for senior leadership roles Qualifications What you bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field 7+ years as a Business Analyst (3+ in a senior/lead capacity) Advanced proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Expert-level Excel and SQL skills Demonstrated experience leading pilots or innovation initiatives Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and generative AI platforms Strong project management and executive communication skills Ability to mentor junior analysts Great-to-haves Experience with TELUS FueliX or other generative AI platforms Background in telecommunications, digital services, or technology Experience managing distributed/remote teams Fluency in French and English (verbal & written) Salary Range: $70,000-$120,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
