About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer requirements, identify business opportunities, and translate them into robust technical specifications that align with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities Engage with clients and prospective customers to thoroughly understand their pain points, operational workflows, and specific POS system requirements. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, evolving customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and QA teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and ensure seamless implementation of new functionalities. Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide the software development life cycle. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows, system architecture diagrams, and user manuals to support the i mplementation and adoption of our POS solutions. Provide training and support to our sales and customer success teams to enhance their understanding of our product capabilities and value proposition. Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market intelligence to identify areas for product improvement and innovation. Stay up-to-date with the latest POS technologies, industry regulations, and best practices to recommend strategic enhancements to our product portfolio. Represent the voice of the customer within the organization and advocate for solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.
