See it in action at rep.ai . Job Description We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our core team and help build the infrastructure behind AI Live Chat. You’ll work on systems that power real-time interactions, intelligent agent behaviors, and seamless integrations across the web — all at scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves clean code, and wants to help shape the future of AI-powered customer experience. What You’ll Do Build core systems using Python, Postgres, and AWS. Design and maintain APIs that support real-time video chat and AI agent behavior. Optimize performance and scalability , ensuring our AI avatars feel fast and natural. Harden security , especially in cloud environments, and proactively mitigate vulnerabilities. Write clean, testable code , and help maintain high engineering standards through code review and documentation. Solve hard problems , debug complex issues, and help evolve our system architecture as we scale.
