This includes our commitment to driving productivity uplift across the NSW infrastructure sector through digital technology and modern practices to support better government service and infrastructure outcomes enabled by reliable, secure and interoperable systems and data. To support the digitalisation of future and existing State assets, Infrastructure NSW is currently leading the whole-of-government (WofG) NSW Infrastructure Digitalisation Program (Program) . We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join the Infrastructure Digitalisation Program delivery team to support the implementation of the Program and associated NSW Infrastructure Digitalisation and Data Policy which was released in September 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation of program initiatives that directly impact the way in which existing and future NSW Government infrastructure assets are planned, design, constructed and operated. Some of the key accountabilities for the role include: Contribute to the development and delivery of assigned program initiatives such as guidelines, frameworks, and assurance activities to facilitate successful adoption of the NSW Infrastructure Digitalisation and Data Policy across government. Contribute to the development and delivery of strategic capability-building initiatives to address infrastructure digitalisation capability gaps across the sector. Use project management practices to monitor and support coordination and effective rollout of assigned initiatives. Provide clear and robust written advice, informed by evidence-based research and analysis to support decision making related to infrastructure digitalisation program initiatives. About You You have a strong understanding of how government operates and how to translate policy into practical outcomes. You are confident working across complex environments, bringing stakeholders together to support the successful delivery of initiatives. We’re looking for someone who: Understands government processes and how to support policy adoption Has experience driving change, delivering programs and engaging stakeholders across government or industry Brings strong policy acumen, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into clear, implementable actions Is proactive, collaborative and focused on achieving high-quality outcomes You are comfortable working at both a strategic and delivery level, and take a hands-on approach to getting things done.
