Senior Associate / Counsel ($150/hr, up to $3,000/week)

Note: This is a flexible, remote, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $150 per hour (up to $3k/week).

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced lawyers who can help train their latest language model on legal tasks.

We're looking for associates with 5+ years experience at a top firm to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core legal workflows: contract drafting, M&A documentation, due diligence, regulatory analysis, and legal memoranda.

Compensation: $150/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $3k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: April

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience at a top firm
• Strong expertise in your practice area with experience in complex legal analysis, drafting, and client advisory
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
