Senior Associate

Divocate combines corporate legal expertise with capital advisory and transaction preparation to support businesses operating across borders and working with institutional investors. 

Divocate focuses on helping clients navigate complex financing processes, from early-stage raises to larger institutional rounds. Team members collaborate closely with ambitious companies, often in fast-moving markets, to design practical, compliant, and investor-ready solutions.

Role Description 

This is a full-time, remote Senior Associate role. The Senior Associate will work directly with founders and executive teams to support capital raise activities. 

You'll be the person who builds the work that carries the process:

• Build investor-grade business plans, narratives, and pitch decks for live client engagements.
• Shape financial models and pressure-test the assumptions behind them.
• Run client calls solo — present the materials and handle technical Q&A on the raise.
• Drive your engagements end to end, on time and on quality.
• Pull in our financial modeling and design specialists, and integrate their work into yours.
• Translate complexity into clarity so founders trust the plan in front of them.

You own the deliverable. 

1. You've personally built fundraising materials — plans, models, decks — and can show us examples.
2. You're comfortable running a client call and fielding technical questions on your own.
3. Fundraising is in your background: ex-founder who raised, ex-VC/IB/PE, or a fundraising/strategy consultant.
4. You can structure a financial model and defend the logic inside it.
5. You can own several engagements at once without dropping quality.
6. You're self-directed and sharp in writing — the way remote work actually runs.

Arabic alongside English is a real plus given our MENA client base.
